The month of war between Iran broke out again on the 28th (local time) across the U.S. in "No Kings" against U.S. President Donald Trump. It is the third time following June and October last year.
There was a wave of rallies across 50 U.S. states and major European cities. According to organizers, a total of 3,100 rallies will be held or held in 50 states.
The scale of protests is the largest ever. More than 9 million people participated in the protest on the day, which was larger than the previous protest, which drew 5 million and 7 million people, respectively, according to the organizers.
The protesters condemned President Trump's authoritarian tendencies, hardline immigration policies, and U.S.-Israel airstrikes on Iran.
In particular, tens of thousands of people gathered in a square in front of Congress in Minnesota, where two Americans were shot dead by federal agents during an immigration crackdown by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) in January.
In addition to the United States, solidarity protests have been held in Europe, including Italy, France, Germany and Spain. According to organizers, protests are planned in more than 12 countries, including South America and Australia.
However, the White House criticized the large-scale protests as a "left-wing funding network," saying they did not reflect public sentiment.
