Tensions are rising as U.S. President Donald Trump virtually issued an ultimatum to Iran again.
President Trump warned on social media on the 4th (local time) that "there is not much time" and that "there are 48 hours left until the hell door opens."
This is interpreted as a statement that pressed for an agreement by nailing the previously proposed negotiation deadline until the 6th.
President Trump originally proposed the deadline until the 27th of last month, but extended it by 10 days.
He also reiterated the possibility of military action targeting Iran's power plants, oil wells and major infrastructure if no agreement is reached.
In particular, he raised the threat level by mentioning the island of Harg and desalination facilities, saying, "It can be completely devastated."
In a recent address to the nation, he also used expressions such as "extremely strong strikes" and "return to the Stone Age."
Such hard-line remarks have sharply frozen the situation in the Middle East, raising concerns in the international community.
The impact is expected to expand further in the future depending on Iran's response and actual military action.

He still seems to think that acting tough and showing off is all it takes, and it looks like he doesn’t know how to do anything else.
I strongly doubt things will actually go that way.
I hope his aides calm him down as soon as possible.
