U.S. President Donald Trump said about the war against Iran, "We are negotiating now and it would be nice if we could do something."
In a speech at the Future Investment Initiative Summit held in Miami, Florida on the 27th (local time), President Trump said, "They are negotiating and are longing to reach an agreement."
Trump noted that Iran initially denied the deal, but allowed 10 oil tankers to pass through the Strait of Hormuz.
"As a result, I was right. They were in negotiations, admitted it two days later, and initially offered to send eight oil tankers to make up for their wrongdoings," he said. "And they said they would add two more, and the total number came to 10. Then people realized that we were actually in negotiations."
He repeatedly pressured Iran, saying, "We need to open up the Channel."
In his speech, Trump also claimed that Iran's navy, air force, air defense and communications networks were all destroyed and that he had removed all leadership figures, including the supreme leader.
"No one has heard from him, so he's either dead or in very bad shape," he said of his second son, Moztava, who took over as former Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.
President Trump stressed that the war with Iran is not over yet.
"We still have 3,554 targets, and they will be finished soon. After that, the time will come to decide what to do," he said.
He also poured out complaints and criticism against Europe's NATO allies, who virtually refused to send warships to the Strait of Hormuz.
"I think it was a huge mistake for NATO not to help us," Trump said. "The United States will make a lot of money because we spend hundreds of billions of dollars on NATO every year. We will always have been there for them, but now I don't think we need to, given their actions."
It is interpreted as a sign of reducing US contributions to NATO's collective defense.
"I don't think so," Trump said of the division as some of his strong supporters, "MAGA (Make America Great Again), have voiced their opposition to the war.
He explained, "Do you know the reason? Because Maga wants to win. Second, they want our country to be protected. They don't want another hostile, crazy country to have nuclear weapons. Third, they want to protect any ally, whether it's Israel, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates."
President Trump said he made the U.S. military great and said, "I will never use this. But sometimes I have to use it. And Cuba is next anyway."
This is interpreted to mean that Cuba can use military force against Venezuela and Iran.
However, it also raises the possibility that it is a strong pressure investigation on Cuba to accept U.S. demands.
While U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio is reportedly negotiating with the Cuban government, the U.S. is reportedly calling for President Miguel Diaz-Canel to step down, and the Cuban government has officially rejected the U.S. request.

A president who doesn’t understand politics and diplomacy is showing the world why such a person is a disaster.
It’s frightening to think how long this reckless behavior will continue.
