On it's face, and as it's been presented to the American public, this act appears to be progressive, inclusive, and protective of a portion of our society (albeit minuscule, relatively speaking) and is something most of us could certainly support. However, as is with most legislation produced by our government, the strings attached to the 'good parts' could have severe repercussions and significantly restrict the rights and God-given freedom of others. This act is one of many that perpetuates confusing the masses into believing that we can't lift up one without stepping on others.
