SHIT STORM ABOUT TO COME DOWN ON @gank

For the past 2 months Hive account@gank has been libeling my nephew (Hive account@jrcornel); and subsequently myself (Hive account@corndog54) and hundreds of other HIVE account holders. While my nephew has been wrongly pushed out of Hive, I am not going to be bullied by his shotgun approach. We have and will always stand up for our innocence against his false and libelous acquisitions!

I have engaged an attorney in California to proceed with libel charges against Hive account@gank. Here is the first libel that he committed against my nephew and myself:

“After some quick research, here is a list of accounts that your buddy is likely farming with.

This type of person does not add any value, they are a leech that is only here to take as much as they can by adding as little as they can.

This list is over 80% accurate, he owns and votes most of these accounts.......and this was only going back 2 weeks......he no doubt has thousands of accounts and when I have time I will dive into this further and make a post about it.

The list above was expanded dramatically by Hive account@gank over the next few weeks. I will expand upon this tomorrow.

I have informed Hive account@gank on more than a dozen occasions, that he was wrong in his conclusions related to me and my nephew. Instead of backing down and apologizing; he has ramped up his libelous comments. Even so far as to accuse me of being someone with questionable ethics or legal issues.

I will detail each and every libelous comment over the next few days.

I am here to ask your assistance if you are on any of the lists that I will post. He has libeled dozens, hundreds, and maybe thousands of Hive account holders. If you feel that you have been wronged in his bogus Conspiracy Theories, please respond to this post. I will follow up with you to get the details.

Libel in California carries penalties up to treble damages. That is what I will be seeking. If your case is as strong as mine; I will be happy to include you in the action and share with you in the awards.

I am not accusing Hive account@gank of being wrong in all of his accusations; just those related to me and my family at present. But he has shown that he is a loose cannon, free to implicate anyone of wrongdoing, regardless of their innocence.
