Dearest Liberland Citizenry:

There is something which took place in America recently... specifically in Effingham Co., IL which in effect, opens a door to seriously enhance the development of Liberland. I perceive for a few precious reasons, somethings need to be explored and promoted. Ultimately, and for some related motives, could you agree that American libertarians need to develop a "dual citizenship"? How can we facilitate?

it's not that much of a stretch to agree that this one featured county wouldn't be the only one, out of 3,141 to follow suit. And out of that group, a percentage could certainly be persuaded to treat the other 9 Amendments with equal respect as they have for the 2nd... with a strong Will to Nullify when needed. If that is the case, we introduce the Constitution of Liberland to their County Commission and ask them for protection as we develop/transform a town, village, or city Charter to reflect your hallowed Document within their borders.

Thus the prospect location for a Liberland Colony. ...where we can expect Liberland to provide a Mayor... around which we can elect a city council, (or, to avoid politics: draw lotteries for the positions as we select Jurors).
