Inevitable Decline
The decline of the USA is going to continue regardless of who steps into 1600 in January. It's decline by design and the pendulum has swung past the point of no return. The system has to shatter and be rebuilt (and redesigned.) Remember "Build Back Better." But what would be better? The generation that was at just the right age in time to take advantage of the Post World War 2 "high" (too young to join the military, but just the right age for the economic boom) are just about gone. If not physically, than certainly mentally. Sleepy Joe is one of the younger Silent Generation, (born well before 1945-43).
There's a whole lot about Boomers that pushed America over the edge. Too much to go into, but some disgruntled Millennial will write a book called "The Worst Generation EVERRR: How Boomers Destroyed America" that will detail everything from scammy banking in the 1980s, to terminal Russophobia, Global Racism and an infectious mental illness called "American Exceptionalism". The book could be volumes.
Anyway, this isn't a sudden realization. It seems that we're so close to the inevitability of our decline, (maybe demise) that I can state it without fear of too much contradiction, or righteous denial.
But that's not the trust of today's episode. We've got Part 3 of Secrets of the Fibonacci Code, Throwback Thursday in an abandoned apartamento in Valencia, Spain and more training at the Gymmy Jamm.
This is pretty close to my idea of a perfect episode. Substantial segments with minimal hype and an acceptable amount of fillers. Enjoy this diversion while you can. See you Friday.

YouTube: [The Gymmy Jamm Season 10] Funtional Fall. Deadlifting is still a thing, however we sustained what we deemed a nerve injury that we are still recovering from. (We know the difference between nerve ache & muscle soreness, we think.) Our Autumn plan is for more dynamic movement, rotation, jump training, body weight work. Still working towards strength & power via lifting, but also isometic holds, balance, dead hangs, and various assisted moves. Still working towards, muscle ups, plange, front level, pistol squats and a few more gymnastic moves. The work is beneficial even if it takes us "forever" to hit those moves. I can feel some dormant muscles activate upon attempting various moves & positions.
