Making Time for Meditation
They say if you have time to meditate, you should do so for thirty minutes a day. If you don't have time to meditate, you should do so for one hour a day. And thus is the paradox of life. You never have time to do anything unless you make it.
As an acrobat, I use my body to its fullest potential almost every single day. In order to restore my psyche, muscles, and soul, I have to slow down, close my eyes and listen.
Location: Andong, South Korea
I was born to move
To the smooth grove
Left, Right, Upsidedown
I flow around town
Sometimes I move too much,
Seeking others' Love touch.
Go inside I must,
Kindle my Love dust.
Shh! Quiet, listen;
Your soul, she glistens.
Making time to hear her
This is my heart's cure.
Breathe in, Breathe out
Making Time.
