. What is Anger?
Anger is a punishment we give to our self, for somebody else's mistake.
We should try to control our anger in every situation no matter how the situation may be. No matter how testing the situation may be, no matter how pushing the situation may be, no matter how hot temper pushing the situation may be.
When someone is angry, the anger in him or her can produce a very negative and regrettable effect or action rather which is very dangerous to the health, to the body, to one's life, to one's family, to ones work to ones career.
There are some situation that may arise which may try to trigger our anger, which may try to make us angry, which may try raise our temper up but we should be very careful in handling the situation.
Anger can make you do what may punish you, which may try to punish your life. Which may punish your action just for you been angry.
I admit that there are some situation that may trigger you up to be angry or to raise your temper up rather but we should be mindful of that. We should try considering the negative event of it and try to stay cool. It may be difficult to do, I admit but we should try.
Anger has really destroy many homes, many life's, many careers, many destiny, many jobs, many work, many family. It is a great job we must learn to to which is we must learn to control our anger, our state of hot temper.
In this life, situations may push you to be angry, family may push you to be angry, peer pressure may push you to be angry even yourself may push you to be angry but always and always learnt to stay cool and learn to control your anger.
