- Chinmaya is a Sanskrit word meaning "supreme awareness" or "full of knowledge" or "pure knowledge".
- It is one of the strongest pose that promotes physical and mental health.
- It is highly recommended to practice it for at least 10-15 minutes in a day.
- Keep eyes closed and breathe through the nose. Start practicing for 10 minutes and gradually increase the duration to 45 minutes.
