I started with the thought of doing a review because after all content is what I have wanted to do in the first place. There is a desire to make such a written content in Hive that I wanted to make sure it was going to be awesome. What better content than to review Justice League. But then as I trawled through the internet. God. Now I know why sensationalist news are all craving for news that are released first by them at the expense of their integrity. Well that's not me. I don't follow the crowd. The crowd boos me. Because I stand apart from them.
So the review will have to be just this little one I had started with. Instead I will tell you a story of the time I saw a mad get his head decapitated in front of me.
A long time ago when I was still in primary school. I think I would have been about seven because I had just been allowed to walk home from school. Then again. I didnt need anyone to held me walk anywhere. I liked in a city in the Philippines that was made by my family with streets all named after my great grandfathers. I digress.
On one of my walks back from school. I saw a crowd of people in a circle moving around as if there was something they were keeping inside them without touching them. They weaved back and forth. There was shouting of men screaming that usual noise like audiences in an intense rugby game. Clangs of metal could be heard amid the crowds rush of noise.
I pushed my way into the throng. The bodies where parting in due part of the movements they had from dodging something inside the press. I kept moving forward. Forwards and onwards. The metal clang got louder. As I finally broke through the crowd I see two men with their shirts off dancing and swirling their arms with machetes. Clings. Clangs. Clings again.
Then all of a sudden I see a big object start rolling towards me. The crowds start moving away from me and the object. I look down at the rolling object with its red tinge. I look back at the two and see one fall down to start twitching.
This memory has played out in my mind all these years. I can clearly see that moment like it was time immemorial.
Now go and get fucked far away from here.
The length of the movie the best outcome for such a grand story. After all how can you capture years of comic book issues in a 2 hour movie and have you not wanting more. The goal in any movie should leave you so satisfied that you should want more of this grand story telling.
The mad man
The end is where we should start of this story. Yes this is not canon this story as Zack Snyder outlines in his interview but man oh man the intricacies he weaves are so exquisite. There are about three different variations covered in the movies ending.
