Every day, millions of people make this mistake and it is to work harder and try to earn more money but we don't realize that we don't devote enough time to our family and/or ourselves.
This error of priority is one of the most valuable points in the book - The 7 habits of highly effective people written by Stephen Key - and it is to put first what should come first.
I consider that the reason for this is because from the time we are children until we reach adulthood, our families and also society in general, are guiding or rather conditioning us to do what is supposed to be the most important thing, how to get the best job, work +8 hours a day and this is not that it is completely bad because if you do not work on something, you don't eat and die, period. No one on earth is going to maintain you for the rest of your life.
The bad thing about this situation is when this job consumes all our time and in turn all our energy, thus preventing us from being with the people who are considered valuable in our lives.....
