6 points to hightlight about inner peace:
1- from its name, it's inner peace, comes from within, no one can give it to you
2- it's your right to lose it sometimes. Because of people or situations.
3- get back to the zone, bring yourself back instead of wandering between worring about future that did not happen or saddening about past that has happened.
4- connect with a higher power, allah we call him, god some call him, Dr. Wayne Dyer called him "The Source", you need that cause anything needs to recharge naturally needs a source.
5- dont wait for things to calm so that u have inner peace, things may or may not calm down...but for sure if you calmed down you can think more clearly to sort out whatever you're facing.
6- with meditation, praying and practice you can stretch you are of endurance, whereby number of things that compromise your inner peace decrease.
