Before doing something try to predict if this thing would UP you or Down.
But do remember there are no absolute UP or Down. Sometimes our UP on a work would lead to down in a health.
So, for proper handling those I would suggest to make a list of priorities with ranges 1,2,3 ... and then check: if your current UP belongs to a higher priority and could lead to Down in lower, then it's good to do, but if a current UP would lead to the down in upper thing in your list, then you should think twice before doing this.
Every your step, every your minute, every your breath or thought always lead or produce UP or Down for you. Please, behave wisely and properly, always keeping/checking your life goals as major reasons for your tasks.
