♡♡ Desember self-care routine ♡♡
This December I will take good care of myself, both physically and mentally. Here is a list of the things that I am planning on doing every single day:

1)Oil pulling
2)Stop touching my skin
3)Washing my skin with the herbal soap I newly bought
4)Stop consuming dairy completely
5)Performing a pressure point massage on myself everyday
6)Rubbing oil into my cuticles
7)Eat mindfully
8)Massage my head to promote hair growth

1)Pray
2)Journaling
3)Gratefulness
4)Meditate
5)Say positive things to myself
6)Visualize
♡Physical♡
1)Brush my dog
2)Go for long walks exploring the neighborhood
3)Go to sleep early and rise early
So, it’s already been 6 days, and I can say that I have been doing pretty great. My skin is looking amazing because of the soap and my body feels good because the lack of the dairy.
My stomach issues have also been bettered because of the point pressure massage.
Visualizing and gratefulness make me really happy.
This is a good start.
