Today is my grandma’s 69th birthday, and as I try to reflect and think about me reaching that age with a lifestyle that I have right now.
Many people loves to reach this age but then isn’t in a healthy living. Like me, I don’t really eat healthy foods and I do prefer fast foods, junkfoods and I don’t usually eat on time.
The key to a longer life would be consistency of eating healthy food, proper diet and exercise, and most of all is our prayer 🙏 😊
