Life these days have their ups and downs. How do we always stay up?
1 Drugs
I am not talking about bad drugs like acid. I am referring to natural drugs like androphines your body makes from sex, exercise and laughter.
Alcohol, cocaine, pot and other drugs can lift you up, but it will be hard to stay up.
2 TV
Stop watching television. Its bad for you. On television reality is prettied and makes us feel our own reality is not that good. You can read my blog and always feel much better about yourself.
3 Get Down
Its ok to feel down. Do not be any sadder just because you are sad. Sadness is an important part of life. Watch "Inside Out".
4 Always Contradict Yourself
Perfectionism is the parent of all frustration. The world is changing all the time. Even the past changes (read about Mandela effect). Do not force yourself to be consistent. This tip will free you.
5 Guide Others
You do not know shit. And that is ok. Because everybody do not know shit. So you can instruct, guide, teach and tell other people what ever you feel like. You are aloud to go wrong (see section 4) so why not take credit for some good luck you might have?
