Patience is a virtue that brings us wellness, balancing the emotional leading to calm and controlling our anxiety. Our mission is to have patience since there is a certain time for every purpose, so patience is a good weapon to face the hallucinatory routine, but putting it into practice is a difficult task ... and what a difficult task, and I say by me!

Changing a routine is an intense training between our brain and our own will to overcome the obstacles and challenges that life or ourselves proposes. My reality is a result of the things I do every day, from the moment I wake up, by choosing to repeat everyday the same routine tasks that are often stressful and need to raise other possibilities for well being.
But when we are willing to change some routine by the circumstances of life, I will have to work my conscience and determine a time to do other things that I chose to start doing and improve the adaptation factor, to become a more productive person in order to regulate sleep so that it was as natural as possible.

It is probably a visible discomfort but this impossibility can not dominate the thoughts, and everything worthwhile in life requires continuous efforts of a definite process where there are no shortcuts or magic formulas, there is no quick and easy way to do it. Along the way I will make those necessary adjustments and permanently I will be committed to the process of change.
