Most people think getting lots and lots of money is what they need to make them rich… with that so stuck in their minds, they miss the point of what really makes the money!
If you look a lot closer,
At people who have become very wealthy:
What made them so rich?
- What were they promoting and selling? Usually it’s something people needed, a desire or a craving.
- If it was their talent, their talent provided entertainment that people enjoyed.
- If it was a skill, an invention or technology, it provided a service or knowledge that would advance business and science, and ultimately humanity in some way or other.
What do you get from that?
It’s all about other people and the masses out there.
- Ultimately, it was something that other people benefitted from. They played into their hopes and dreams… that is what made those wealthy guys so rich!
Changing our objective:
Instead of doing something to gain lots of money for ourselves, look at what you can do for mankind.
Consider what people really need, desire and enjoy most. How you can help them obtain their deepest cravings? That lifestyle they always wanted to live, etc?
Changing our attitude:
- When we start thinking of other people, we become humble. And we are more teachable when we are humble. We are more likely to learn from our mistakes too.
- We begin to see why people do the things they do, their circumstances, struggles and therefore their needs. Deep down what needs doing, and with that knowledge you can device a method or product to fix those situations and problems.
Getting wet:
It’s like watering your garden, you sure to get wet in the process!!
- When you help other people, somehow or other, you begin to benefit too! Tenfold with every effort you make!
- It may not be money at first that comes in. But because you initiated it in the beginning, the wheels of fortune turn and come your way after a while.
How good is your sickle?
We reap what we sow… what you have previously done and nourished with love and concern, persistently.
Sitting around waiting for money to leap into your lap, is ridiculous. Action must be taken, for things to really happen.
When you cut into the harvest, to reap from all your effort, what type of sickle do you use? A sharp or blunt one, or one of gratitude?!
Fame can go to our heads:
Take for instance: You watch how most actors and actresses when their stardom arrives; they think they have made it all. They tend to waste the money on themselves and on their personal needs and desires. Sadly it isn’t long before they succumb to drugs and/or fall into deep debt.
Note: They no longer acted to please people. They feel they had a right to please themselves!
But it is the wise guy:
Who gives back to humanity some of their wealth…
I’ve noted some of successful people who have had schools and universities built for areas where education was a great need. Bought land and built lovely homes for the poor, and built hospitals and training centres to improve people’s health care, etc.
And what happens: Somehow they continue to receive money like a `tsunami, more than they ever expected.
