Napag-isipan ko guys na magsimula na ako magdiet for my healthy lifestyle dahil sobra ko nang taba at nahihirapan din ako kumilos mabilis ako mapagod. Kaya naisipan ko ibahagi sa inyo ang unang araw ko. Sana maging successful po ito para sa akin!π€π
Heres my diet meals!
4 tablespoon of original quaker oatmeal katumbas ng kalahating bowl.
1 boiled egg with salt
1/2 sliced of apple
