All due respect to Frank DiMora, but the mid-trib rapture is looking less and less a possibility the closer we get to the September 23 sign. And there are many other reasons why I lean to a pre-trib rapture. I see the pre-trib rapture as a trigger for the tribulation, by the removal of the church, and thus the influence of the Holy Spirit (the restrainer) from the earth, thus allowing the horrors of the Beast system to ensue. As long as the church is on the earth, being the salt of the earth, Satan can't do what he wants to do. The prayers of the saints and in particular the power of the evangelical church in the United States as an influence on the US government, and in turn on world governments in general, have prevented the antichrist from coming to power. Even during the 2 terms of Obama, a very antichristian president, he was restrained from doing what he wanted to do by Christians in the US taking a stand against him. I see it as a distinct possibility that the current US administration will collapse after the rapture due to the removal of most of the evangelical church from the United States, who were Trump's biggest supporters. That would allow other players such as Europe or Russia to set up a world government, along with perhaps a reconstituted antichrist government in the US. We will see, however in a few months. As Frank says, we are to watch and wait, and that is exactly what I intend to do.
