Rest is very important for our body. We want to enjoy life with all the hardwork that comes along side. It is in our ownself how we manage work with rest and recreation.
Jesus also knew when to stop and take rest. Jesus enjoyed life.
In the Bible book of Ec 5:19 it is said - "Also, when the true God gives a man riches and material possessions along with the ability to enjoy them, he should take his reward and rejoice in his hard work. This is the gift of God."
We should always maintain balance in life. Than only we can enjoy life with all the hard work that comes along our way.
