Dark, low hanging clouds preceded this doozy of a rain column that steered away from our location. Did eventually get a soaker over night last night and into today we are expecting perhaps well over an inch of rain by the end of the weekend.
Doesn’t sound like much rain but the ground here in southeast Pennsylvania is incredibly saturated as of late with the constant rains we have had.. so any average rainfall can amount to flooding on the streets and low lying areas.
Reasons why I am thankful to live where I do. On a hill, with no risk of landslides. Just sinkholes!
