I haven't even done much commenting. I certainly didn't need a break from Steemit I've just gotten so busy with the day job and I even picked up an additional part-time job plus running my business at night I basically have 3 jobs now and there have been other unforeseen circumstances that have prevented me from getting much computer time. Be assured though, I'm still lurking around. I haven't left I've just been AFK.
Been posting on facebook
Of course, mostly advertising steemit, posting a few steemit memes I didn't make them but facebook doesn't care about original content and updating friends and family so they know I am alive since I am 100% steemian now and not a fakebookian anymore. I still took the time to scout for quality content and I figured we should all use a hashtag on other social media like #steemworthy to let people know that their content is good enough for steemit.
Got one response saying steemit sounds boring, but that was my Dad so that is okay.
It has been over 7 days
I could not help but notice that after 7 days I didn't get any money from facebook. Nothing. Zilch. Nada. Zero. Not only that but I barely got any upvotes likes. Could not find a wallet but there was plenty of areas where I could spend money. Seems counter productive.
I didn't mind missing out on rewards
Definitely miss having all the time in the day to blog and comment all over the blockchain, watching 
Jobs suck
Well, they certainly suck the life out of me. Although gaining a small bit of financial freedom feels good so as much as I want to quit, I can't. The money is pretty much worth it even though I smashed my right thumb twice and punched myself in the face while trying to shovel rocks. (I totally found a few agates).
I've been investing in quite a few crypto's trying to make up for lost profits due to not investing at all back in 2013 (I only did faucets) and I feel that I am already a millionaire-in-the-making, it is only a matter of time. With all the ups and downs, all I get is anxiety when I try to trade so I'm just a hodler.
Gotta move
Need to work more because I need to move...maybe even twice. Neighborhood has gone downhill and we have had enough, so my priorities are in moving within the next 30-60 days (aiming to go before winter starts). I am certainly running out of time. This certainly makes things tougher as I will have even less time to make posts.
With that said, my main focus has been money, work and moving. This requires moving my entire trailer. We moved into one to live cheaper. After sinking 40 grand into rent between to rental properties, we were done with that. First step, trailer, because all we need is 4 walls and a roof. Second step is Land to put it on, so we're in a park for now. They keep raising lot rent, so we're moving it to a different park for now but it's going to cost about $6,000 that we don't even have yet, so it's all about the hustle now.
Will slowly try to get back into the steemitverse with some more agate posts, I have some videos to finish, photography, an occasional bad joke and steemmonsters. I have 110 unopened alpha cards that I will need to open so stay tuned for that.
Certainly anticipating #steemmonsters release and looking forward to playing that game -- and I'll be streaming it live too!
