At first I just wanted to show you these pictures.
But than I remembered the story about my beloved dog.
When I was in high school I had a dog. I had another dogs before. But this was special.
Maybe someone remembers the TV show Santa Barbara? There was a woman named Gina. Rare bitch. So I jokingly nicknamed his dog Gina.
Gina was Rottweiler weighing more than 50 kg. Sometimes she was too bitchy. But she was a true member of our family. The fifth member.
After training in dog school she did any instructions from me and my father. I trained her myself. However, she did not really try to listen to my mom and sister.
She angrily barked from behind the fence that it feared the neighbors. But in fact, when someone came into the yard, she could be frightened.
When Gina was very ill, she lived in the house. Usually she could not climb up on the bed and sofa. But during her illness I didn't banished it from my bed and was sleeping beside her. And in the end she recovered. And than she lived 7 years more.
Gina was died when she was 8. It's a pity that Rottweilers are short-lived.
After the story of Gina, I am deeply convinced that a real man's best friend is a dog. Many people are not worth the respect that dogs deserve.
The dog will not betray you when you're bad. The dog always share with you the joy.
PS: I even found a picture of Gina (it was 20 years ago).
