We all grow up with the words “money is the root of all evil.”
But money is an object, how can it be evil?
I personally think that the love of worldly things is the “root of all evil”
Trying to live up to the Jones’s instead of living within our means. What does it really matter if the Jones’s have a more beautiful house or a Mercedes SLK
While you only have a Toyota and a smaller house. Somewhere in the world there will also be someone that has more than the Jones’s.
That is life. Be happy and grateful for what you do have.
Rather concentrate on having a wonderful, loving and caring home, where everyone feels welcome and loved.
A home of love that everyone will look up to as a role model. Making time for our husband and children, serving them with love and dedication. Communicating and working together, having fun together.
Nobody remembers what huge worldly gifts you gave them, they only remember how you made them feel. That is the essence of life.
Money is truly a blessing if we want it to serve others and not for personal gain.
