My mindset is fully into working out again after having set myself the goal to go on a daily moring run this week along with doing 200 reps every day. While I was already saying I would not be able to do 200 reps on days when I'm away from home, I did have a drive to still do them late in the evening when I got back yesterday and made it to 200. I like this number since it really takes some effort to do them while it is also not pushing it too far.
I'm really liking these standard ~15 minute runs because I don't have to drag myself in order to do them, they take up limited amount while still giving plenty of benefits. I stumbled on some gooses on my regular running route.
