I did most of the things I set myself out to do on Tuesday which made it into quite the productive day. I also managed to drink 3 liter of water and keep my eating limited even though I went for a less healthy option later in the evening.
I'm looking to pick up running again as a morning routine building my way up into being able to run 10km or more just as a challenge. Hot yoga has also been ages mostly because of the omicron variant.
