I've gone a bit off track these past couple days and will see this as a new beginning starting with some fresh streaks building a solid routine moving forward. I will be making tomorrow into an actifit day since I plan to go to the city to buy some new shoes. In the evening I have planned to go Speed Dating and the day after I will re-activate my tinder account again all with an eye to get things rolling again on the social side. My weekly tennis lessons also start again and I will be doing more reps and exercises to maintain / get in better shape. I really start to notice this giving me a lot more self confidence.
