Making my busy saturdays into a push-up day is something that really works. It's always a nice challenge, allows me to do them spread over the entire day and I do believe it makes a difference since I always feel it the day after. Yesterday I did 432 (36x12). Next week I will try to start earlyer breaking the 500 daily push-up mark. I also went on another moring run which barely asks for any activation energy right now as long as the weather is good.
