After a prety regular Saturday following the football matches as usual I for some reason could not fall asleep and layed awake for a very long time. Not sure if if was because I got extra sleep the night before but it was really annoying.
I'm aiming to find back a normal sleeping patter going forward and joining hot yoga sessions should help with that.
Today Goals: Once again on Sunday the main goal is to follow the football matches and make some profit if possible along the way.
