I didn't manage to leave it with having just one vegan junk food day and somewhat let myself go in a craving for bread on Saturday. That will be it though and I'm instantly switching back to my planned eating habits along with intermittent fasting. Again my sleep was rather horrible taking a long time before I finally fell asleep. I also instantly gained 1kg the past couple day. This should come off rather quickly though. It's crazy how easy it is to lose grip still and it remains somewhat of an eternal battle in my mind.
