The plan on Thursday was to make it into a rep day and continue my week of being active each day. I ended up doing none spending most of my time behind my pc. I really need to start setting some boundaries as I want to do way too many things at once still with the new soccer season having started.
The plan today is to make it into a very productive day from the morning to the evening and probably skip on the lunchbreak hot yoga session. (I might still go if I'm ahead of schedule)
I did feel it in my body that I played 2+ hours of tennis yesterday.
