I started the day with my reps routine doing
- 30 Push-Ups
- 10 Pull-Ups
- 10 Chin-Ups
- 100 Sec Plank
- 60 Sec Side-Plank
The idea is to do at least this every day consistently from now on also having some days adding a lot to it. I will likely add squads to this routine aswel.
Saturday was a good day mostly watching football and I'm getting in a good form again with my betting now being at a solid 5% ROI in the season after 8 weeks. The season is still long though and a lot can happen but it's looking quite positive.
I went to bed quite early, took an hour between 00:00 and 01:00 to do some splinterlands related things and slept really good actually waking up surprisingly late.

Weekly Weigh-In
Instead of hitting the scale, I'll be weighing myself on a weekly basis. The first goal will be to hit the long-term goal of 62kg with the aim to build it back up with more muscles afterwards.

|---|---|---|---|
| Weight | 66.5kg | 67.2kg | 67.0kg |
365-Day Expenses
I will be tracking my daily expenses (Food & Fun/Gas ) during an entire year trying to keep them as small as possible so I can save up and reach some financial freedom sooner
