Last week I was having a conversation with a neighbour who said he is feeling so depressed and he said the depression started to occur when he lost his last job and he became so worried and he is always in deep thoughts all the time and that made him to start wanting to be alone and he keeps thinking whenever he is alone.
From my conversation with him I realized that worries are not something good for us , yes I know we will experience some problems which might really be hurting us but we should know that worries is not the solution to the problem , infact worries would even add more problems to us, what we should seek for is how to look for the right solutions that will help us to solve the problems we have in life , worries will not stop the problems, seeking solution to our problems is the way to go.
Worries can cause mental and psychological problems to us so we should run away from it as much as possible and we should always know that getting worried consistently is not the solution to the problems and will never be ..worrying too much can lead to depression, it can lead to consistent sadness and loneliness and it can even lead to suicidal thoughts if care is not taken.
