The only way to improve your life right now is to do what you can to take the next tiny step toward improvement. Keep taking a tiny step everyday.

Consistently make the choice every day to take a tiny step toward improving something, anything in your life. This could be eating healthier, working out, reading, taking a class, turning the TV off, putting away electronics. Whatever small thing you can do today, do it.
You don’t have to make huge steps. Take the tiniest step possible. It won’t feel as daunting and it will be easier to complete, giving you momentum to take the next tiny step.
The key is consistency. Every. Day.
Do one tiny thing every day that will make a positive impact on yourself, another person, or the world.
