Today is one of those days,I decided I need to change my life. Being willing to go from a tomorrow person to a now person.I decided to change some eating habits like trying to eliminate sugar, will start small by reducing a teaspoon in my tea. Taking a lot of sugar leads to bad cholesterol, which ends up clogging your arteries and blood vessels meaning higher chance of having a heart attack.
Come off wheat which is really hard. The first days are always the hardest. When you get through the first days you are good to go.The benefits that come with it, you will completely reduce your food cravings,one will tend to eat less,in long term lose weight,
Going back to my exercise regimen, I used go to the gym 5 times in a week and attend aerobics class almost daily, lift weight 3 times. My body felt great, you know when you get used to working out and then you decide to stop your body feels different, the fat just comes, your moods change.
I have to put in the effort to accomplish a better healthy way of life. What are some of the things you want to change in your life?
