I have a grown son who suffered a traumatic brain injury 5 years ago. While he has done remarkably well considering the severity of his injury, you never really recover. There are always medical expenses, co-pays and deductibles for MRI scans, post brain injury therapy, etc. I find myself in the position of being all he has while he tries to get back to his life so any spare funds I get will go toward that, although I'm new here and still learning how it all works.
