Christmas Day, a family day in the family of @exyle and @clio

Christmas Day, a family day in our family. All children and grandchildren arrived in the afternoon.

Here you see my two eldest children and Fee and Juliet, my grandchildren.

Of course, baby Sam was also present. Here you see him with his grandfather, my former husband.

You see, my former husband the father of my children came to have dinner with us. As my youngest son, Hive account@exyle, wrote in his blog this evening, it's special and very nice that my ex-husband and my husband get along very well together. Not immediately of course, but after a number of years, since last Christmas, when they met for the first time. We have divorced 14 years ago and I married again 4 years ago.

Nine grown-ups and three little children, a big family and I think it will be bigger in the future, because of my son Mark Hive account@exyle and Bianca Hive account@bkdbkd, they have no children yet, so who knows......

We had a lovely dinner together and there were also some gifts. Books, of course, I always buy books for Christmas and wine. For the children there were toys. Baby Sam loves the remote control of the TV, so I bought him his own!

At eight the little ones were very tired, so their parents took them home and Mark and his father and Bianca also left. My husband and I stayed behind with a huge pile of dirty dishes and it seemed like a bomb had exploded in the kitchen and the living room, but that did not matter, we had a great evening and that's what counts.
