Most of us know how fitness is an important aspect to keep you fit and active all day both physically and mentally.
I found something catchy whenever i surf on the internet about entrepreneur and their success. Almost all the business men/women prefer to be healthy and fit to keep them motivated to achieve their goals!
Here are few interesting and easy drills for a 15 minute workout without any equipment's (Men\Women)
MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS (x3 times and 10 seconds rest for every 20 seconds workout)
WINDSHIELD WIPERS (x3 times and 10 seconds rest for every 20 seconds workout)
--- NOW A LONG REST FOR 35 SECONDS ---
BURPEE (x3 times and 10 seconds rest for every 20 seconds workout)
JUMPING LUNGES (x3 times and 10 seconds rest for every 20 seconds workout)
--- WATER BREAK --- (My advice is to consume less amount of water to main the same effectiveness during workout)
JACK KNIFE (x3 times and 10 sec rest for every 20 sec workout)
PUSH UPS (x3 times and 10 sec rest for 20 sec of workout)
--- 50 SECONDS LONG REST ---
PLANK JACK (x1 time for 40 sec workout)
END OF IT GUYS (Remember to keeps your legs shaking while on rest during workouts to keep your body heated)
