...continued... from part 1, part 2 and part 3
The first thing to do talked about setting your priorities. We list our goals and targets in order of importance and we make them realistic and achievable. Don't set a goal you are not passionate about. Set a realistic goal that you can pursue and achieve.
2. CREATIVE PROCRASTINATION.
In a world where we easily feel the weight of it upon our shoulders with so much activity and things we dabble into, we need to procrastinate creatively. Yes, there were times we have all been guilty of delaying what we were supposed to do. Even the best of minds have been guilty of this. This is not to condone or support us to continue, but this is to tell us we can be creative about it.
There are lots of unnecessary things that eat up our space and we know them. We only need to sit back and relax, so we can prioritize. You need to procrastinate things that are of less importance so as to clear your schedule for the important things.
3. FOCUS ON ONE THING FIRST.
Don’t put too much things on your head at a time. Focus on one thing at a time; it helps with effectiveness and efficiency. Channel all your energy and time on one project or one thing per time which helps you manage your time effectively and efficiently.
4. SENSE OF URGENCY.
To make good use of our time, we need to treat important things with every sense of urgency. Life happens and we forget things sometimes. We forget the things we are supposed to do when we don’t act on them on time. Treat important things with sense of urgency.
Thank you for your time.
