After 3 weeks of completing the requirement my father was already excited to claim his Disability benefit . Too excited that he forgot to take a bath on that day . But as we go to PAG-IBIG Funds which is a government agency . We were shocked ! and frustrated that we still need to provide another set of requirements.
Come on! You see my father is already sick and you just put an added weight only to his mind . We were upset about how the government works . As if , you can only claim your benefits as if your are near close to dying . What kind of after service is it ? That a person with cancer still has to comply all the necessary things and why dont you just give back his hard-earned money ?
