Hey guys! It's 2AM here and I have to do a lot of studying tomorrow so this will be a short post! Basically, a mate of mine has recently convinced me to work out! I've always wanted to get a bit buffer and lose a bit of weight (I'm not PARTICULARLY chubby) so I decided to give it a go!
In my daily posts, I'll try to record my daily work out stats on the bottom and a link to this post to keep myself motivated and on track!
This post is to all those out there who have been thinking about losing a bit of extra weight or gaining some extra muscle, don't just think about it, do it!
I will NOT be posting pics as only one person knows about this blog and I don't wanna go public with it yet HAHA
