Today before going for my dialysis this morning I have a thought that something might go wrong because I feel not really good as in I have some pain on my side where my gall-bladder is. So I just asked my mother to give me some paracetamol to just dull the pain off. We it didn't dull any pain because after one hour after being hooked-up my BP just yet again collapsed.
It is just weird once again because after an hour of my session with a 250mL of blood pump I cannot still feel any hunger. So I just ate nonetheless but I could not finish even a few tablespoons of my meal and then it began, I am starting to feel lightheaded and my vision began to dim, I just have to alert my nurses because my Blood pressure is already in the crapper.
It is just good that I told my nurses to take 3.5 kilos of fluids so it gave a bit of allowance for what they would adjust or cut back about the fluids that they have to take out on set-up from my system plus the saline solution that they would add to my body just to stabilize my blood pressure so had I not told them that I would have come home much heavier than maybe the other dialysis session that I had.
At first they weren't able to raise up my BP so my nurses just decided to return my blood and give me a break time despite that I am already feeling fine. After about 30-40 minutes they returned my blood to let my dialysis session to begin again. Fortunately my BP did get down after that and the oxygen that I used also helped.
But the blood pump was slowed down so in effect I didn't get a better clean that I expected and also wasn't able to eat my food. Even now I do not want to eat anymore plus the caffeine from the energy drink is still in effect as well and it just made me unable to sleep. I actually went home with my right side of the abdomen still aching so upon arriving home I tried to make a blog but I could not and just decided to rest for a while and tried to sleep but I can't. I probably be like this until tomorrow.
