Today I’m gonna talk about a very curious topic of how to structure your entire day ,for maximum output with peak performance.
Remember the person or an enterpreneaur you see is successful because of his habit of getting stuff’s done , he has a routine of all his day to to do lot’s of things.if you have a structure of your day it automatically clarifies the way you will think.
let me tell you 3 valuable points to structure your day successfully :-
- Every 1 minute of planning will save your 10 minute’s of execution or or getting the job done. So the most important aspect that you will have to do is to plan your day a night before. At night before sleep sit down with a sheet of paper and write everything that you have to do in coming day. So that it would last the day getting your stuff’s done.
For any reason if you wouldn’t do this then the first thing you can do right after waking up before you check you’re your mail’s and phone calls . First thing to do is to make a list of everything you have to do in that day.
Once you have the list your track is ready to run on . Remember one thing “writing down the list will clarify your level of thinking” It will boost your working power and raise your productivity and output by 30% from starting day.
2 : The 2nd way that we can organize the day by setting priorities on our list before we begin . Don’t rush through it
but look in to the situation .
Apply 80.20 rule (pareto’s principle), if you have 10 things to be done , List 2 most valuable things than other 8. For some case it can be 90:10 rule , select only one most important work for you beside all. Put down the list and ask yourself one thing are you ready for that 1 thing to do for entire week, or months.
REMEMBER – “ you have to be consistent toward your worklist to achieve your own goal”
3 : The 3rd point is that all our success in life comes from project’s completion . from taking jobs and projects called multitasking project and completing it with the help of your team member and you as a leader.
So what you do is to organize your day with your work by sequences starting from important 2 usual things and stay with with that work list until it’s done .this is called “single handling”
Above are the most successfull stratergy that you can use to manage your time and it will result in increase in your productivity by 50% by simply starting your most important task and completing things everyday. So start the list by organizing it by priority, then start completing curious tasks which will double and triple your potential and sometimes over that.
