Have you ever trusted someone, a friend, a brother/sister, yet had your trust broken - totally crushed to the ground? I guess you said to yourself you will never allow yourself to trust anyone again. You may have vowed to never trust again.
SHOULD YOU TRUST ANYONE?
This is not about living a lonely, secluded life without a meaningful relationship with others around. Perhaps your decision never to trust again is your own way of trying to protect yourself from being betrayed. You've decided to put up brick walls between yourself and others.
You don't have to be mistrusting...
You have to move past the bitterness of a broken trust. Yes! You CAN cultivate trust and confidence in others again.
I am of the opinion that...
Though you have been seriously wounded in the past and you have been through some traumatic experiences and episodes of betrayal over and over again, you don’t have to let another person's unworthiness of trust to affect your ability to trust.

You can Learn to trust again, learn to become confident that everything will work out well - maybe exactly the way you want them to – or better.
First, Trust Yourself
Before you expect trustworthiness from others, learn to have the faith and self confidence you could be trusted by others and that your decisions towards trusting others, is based on love and respect for humankind not because they deserve it.
You are all you've got...
If you can't find some to trust, you can build up your personal esteem by trying act always with honesty and honesty. Keep giving your 100% trust but don't act unwisely.
