Hello everyone!
It was a swell day today, and right now very tired, I was able to meet up with and
in the campus that we will be holding our program, it was swell as we got to talk to some people, made videos that would be posted later and start plans for whats going to be a prelude of the steemit campus invasion program.
Community engagement via a campus movement

A quick google search will show you that we have well over 200 higher institutions in Nigeria, all catering for more than 100m youths in the country.
In a country like ours, teeming with youths of every age, its a pity that we suffer from what I would call a lack of interest in development from the leaders.
And so in order to ensure students, youths have something to do after school, I brought up this program to Integrating steemit, entertainment and business on campuses in one accord.
By February, I and the team will be heading to otefe branch of the delta state polytechnic, Delta state, Nigeria.
With this, we hope to give you all a prelude of what is to come when we start the campus invasion fully!
The following is an exempt from a post I made 14 days ago
In the coming months, I(

), along side 4 companies on the steemit blockchain,

,
(our long time host and MC) are working towards a campus invasion movement.
Rather than just organizing meet-ups and all that, we are moving towards showcasing what steemit and the steem blockchain is capable of doing. We are utilizing the steem blockchain in a way that the developers never imagined it to be used. Providing entertainment values. Providing entertainment service and businesses initiatives to grow via the steem blockchain and cryptocurrencies in general.
In this initiative, we will be going to different campuses across Nigeria and Africa(thanks to the kenyan and ghanian community liasons), where we will be forming partnership with entertainment bodies and businesses in these said campuses to host an event tagged Steemit:The invasion(or any other name we so choose).
These events will happen across the countries at different time dictated by the school calendar.
In these said events, we will have dance sections, music and artist performances, afrolized theatricals, creative exhibitions(where people showcase their creations), food and snack services to keep fans from going hungry. Of cause, anything that can be bought, will have an option to be bought with steem or sbd.
so hear are some pics of our movements, more updates coming soon.

the country situation, people queuing up at the ATM, now im thinking of building a steem ATM, convert your steem directly to cash and collect fiat instantly!
this idea is patented, DO NOT STEAL :D

As you can see, plans are already being concluded for what is hopefully going to be a very interesting and large campus invasion.
The publicity is slated to start next week, and from there we will move up to the getting of sounds and setting up.
The steemit campus invasion event is going to be massive!. Webringing expertise, as well as entertainment, fun, dance and a whole bunch of activites to every campus we go to.
It is more than a meetup! We have started a movement thats going to touch the four corners of africa! Our contacts in several locations are already preparing for whats going to be the movement of the year.
Bridging entertainment and steemit together!
Winners of the competition
WOW, just wow, ever since 1 started bringing out one time contests, I had never had such a large amount of turnout! From different regions, I got answers flying in!
I want to say a big thank you to all those who particlipated. Your stories really warmed my heart. This was more than a contest, it was a way to show others that humanity is still something that exists, Not everyone wants to steal your hard earned cash, not everyone wants to use you, not everyone is a bad person.
to everyone, I say a big thanks.
I may have limited VP, but ill try and vote the most touching stories!many people still win at the end!
Winner by most upvote
and his story titled ''marawi siege'' this touched me so much, Nigeria has been experiencing boko haram attacks too, and only through aids by different individuals(cause the government does nothing, even stealing the food given to the displaced as reported by the news some time back can these people survive.
Congrats levin, you win by most upvotes as at the time of writing this!
Winner by most touching story
I read through a lot of the stories, from a man who would not accept a pregnancy after saying heaven and earth to get the honey, to stories of death and tribulations.
Its well know, and I don't hide it, I lost my mom in 2013, got a step mom in 2014, lived out of home for a year, got back home, etc etc, ive spent Christmas without family, only I in school while everyone else were home because I couldn't stand my step mom.
i have forgive and forgiven. All these stories have a deep meaning and emotional attachment to them, but by bringing it here, we are restoring the hope in humanity that many may have forgotten! This post could be seen by a suicidal tomorrow and he will change his mind, courtesy of your stires!
I thnk you all for participating, and I will vote as much as possible!
I couldn't choose easily, I filtered the posts down to two. one by and one by
, both involving near death circumstances. We all know how police behave in nigeria,
could have been left to die in prison or worst, be pinned for a crime he did not commit. and
was literally at the door of death.
I thank God for life, and so should you you win the 10 sbd.
I wanna thank everyone on last time, yall are awesome, watch out for the updates on the campus invasion!
