For me it's so difficult to control all of these feelings. Yeah, addressing them is a great start but, at the end of the day you keep feeling lost. The past is hard to let go, specially when you experienced a bad situation or trauma, maybe one day you find yourself watching TV and suddenly the memories come back, and you don't even know why (what was the trigger?), are we ment to be chained to those bad memories? Can you just let go that easily? Being a positive thinker is hard man!
