Nowadays, more and more people work in front of the computer, which in most of the times could be very exhausting! In way to remain positive and productive follow these three easy steps:
1. Find Solutions for Energy Waste
Knowing myself, my most productive time is in the mornings. In order to be as productive as possible, I have to be sure that my energy levels are high in the early hours of the day and they are being used as intended.
Analysis of my energy costs in the morning showed that, I am wasting a lot of time and energy to choose my clothes. So I moved that activity exactly before going to sleep.
To conclude: check what is your most productive time of the day, analyze where your energy is wasted in this time and find solutions for energy waste. Simple as it sounds.

2. Taking a real break
There are many people who think, that if they are working all day they will be way, way more productive ... unfortunately our brain doesn't work like that. This behaviour create stress, anxiety and it acts like an antidote for creativity.
The main problem in the industry that the work is being measured with hours not by performance. Recent studies show that taking a break improve our creativity and focus, also they are being healthy for us.
Taking a break doesn't mean only to stop working. The main goal of a break should to give some rest of our brain. During break, do some something that personally will help you to get focused, listening to music, stretching etc...

3. Shifting between different tasks
Very often working in an office includes different skills: reading email, writing email, writing documentation, working, designing. Working on a task that requires a special skill and you are feeling running out of energy, simply switch the task.
To summarize: In order to be more productive and maintain high levels of energy:
