Inspiration in a Dream:
This morning I dreamt that I was walking in my hometown Odense (Denmark) and a parade train was going through the pedestrian street in the inner city. In it were a few blond ladies dressed as Southern belles, and one of them was Linda Perry (4 Non Blondes) singing her hit song from the 90's "What's Up". I recognized her voice from afar, probably because I'm a singer, but she was unrecognizable as a blond Southern belle. I gave her my applaud and expressed my love for her music as she passed by.
Then I met a friend of mine who I've gone to high school with in Denmark, and who's also lived in L.A. while I was here, Heidie. I told her about Linda Perry and the train and we went about to track down the train. We soon found it but in the meantime the Southern belles were off and had left the train.
We were then hanging out outside of a pub and a bakery, and Heidie was telling me about the pub owner importing all kinds of quality beers to his place and sometimes had live music there, while I noticed that the young man working inside the bakery looked exactly like a young crown prince Frederik of Denmark. So weird!
All of a sudden another friend of mine who is also a baker, and who I haven't seen in a long time, Mette Marie, showed up and the three of us started singing and dancing the most silly dance like traditional Russian dancers! We weren't scared of looking like total fools, we just raced out hands and our energi and laughed of our silliness. It was a wonderful thing and I woke up feeling very happy.
Part of the dream was inspired by Mette Marie's video post from yesterday about movement, which I'm sharing below because this is today's message; Sing, dance and be merry. That's life energy.
